made with the case and the Proc fee payable.
Valuations instructed on day
of receipt of fee
Cases submitted for offer within
24 hours of receipt of final item
Solicitors chased on a weekly
basis from offer stage
Proc Fees paid to you on the Friday
of the week of completion unless it completes on a Friday
in which case they will be paid one week later
